I just came across The Scrum Primer the other day and it is, by far, the best written overview of scrum I have found.  Previously I would recommend a few books as a good starting point for someone new to agile/scrum, but this 22 page overview will be my reference for newbies going forward.  Very well written and easy to read!  Great job!
